Metamorphic PR is a consultancy providing public relations and content marketing services primarily to business-to-business organisations.
We collect and process data via our website in order to:
- Provide periodic email newsletters which share new content we’ve created and published.
- Understand how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed and time spent on a page.

- To improve the content we create on the website.
- To share that content with newsletter subscribers.
The data we collect:
People who subscribe to our newsletter provide their name and email address. This information is stored by a third party email application, Mail Chimp, whose privacy policy is available here.
We also hold company data supplied by legitimate, GDPR-compliant data providers in a secure Cloud storage service.
Data is shared only with third party companies commissioned by Metamorphic PR to carry out marketing activities on our behalf or where we are legally required to disclose data.
What you can do about it:
You can opt out of our email newsletter at any time by UNSUBSCRIBING or by emailing change@metamorphicpr.co.uk.
You can opt out of any other contact from us by emailing change@metamorphicpr.co.uk or by contacting Jon Clements, Director on 0161 672 7000.
You can also use the above email address/phone number to request access to your personal data that we hold, ask for corrections to inaccurate data or removal of data.
Cookies:
We use cookies on our website. However, we do not collect or store personal data via the cookies used. When someone visits our website we collect standard internet log information. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. You can adjust the settings on your computer to decline any cookies if you wish. This can easily be done by activating the reject cookies setting on your computer.
